IAN COOKSON

Ian is a commercial real estate professional with an extensive business and construction background. He has held positions from sales to Vp sales and engineering in a corporate environment.

He comes to Coldwell Banker commercial at TREC Newmarket with a consultative sales style gained from his experience in land-use, planning, engineering and construction sales to the energy, mining, transportation, industrial manufacturing, food processing as well as retail sectors.

Ian is detail oriented, personable and knowledgable. 

He enjoys assisting business owners and clients achieve their goals in a professional, confidential environment. 

Ian's easy-going nature gives his clients a stress-free enjoyable experience while at the same time giving sound real estate advice. 

Ian is a member of local, regional and national REALTOR associations, has served 5 years as president and director of a condo board. He is a member of ASHRAE, Cagbc and holds licenses and accreditations from CPS & NASBLA. He enjoys boating, fishing, golf and has travelled extensively.
